	Company History RSCA has long been associated with the most prestigious projects in the Philippines. Always a leader in the field of engineering, the list of completed projects and structures are all recognizable well known buildings and engineering feats marking the Manila skyline.
	1970's Early Mid-Rise Buildings     The early 1970's, saw the rise of construction for the main headquarters of premiere banking institutions. 20-storey SOLIDBANK, 20 storey BANK of the PHILIPPINE ISLANDS, 20 storey ALLIED BANK in the Ayala financial district which at that time were the tallest structures in the Philippines. It was also the time for the early development of the Ayala Commercial District with the rise of Quad 1 and Quad 2 which dominated the work of RSCA.
	1980's Sultan 's Palace of Brunei and Residential Condominiuns     The 1980's was a time for expansion in the international arena. RSCA was commissioned to design the mammoth structure of the Sultan's Palace of Brunei. Extensive work collaboration with Bechtel and project manager Ayala Corporation and on the site deployment of engineers and consultants was necessary to complete the project. Truly a structural marvel even to this day it was an engineering challenge for the company. Immeasurable in the local scene, the birth of first class residential buildings such as the Alexandra Park, Twin Towers, L'ermitage, Makati Tuscany, Eurovilla 3 which introduced the condominium lifestyle in the Philippines.
	1990 's Malls, Leisure Resorts and High Rises     The 1990's saw the era of economic prosperity for buildings and construction in the Philippines. Multi-storey buildings mushroomed in the Ortigas area aside from the financial district of Makati. These were the TAIPAN 30 storey, ORIENT SQUARE 40 storey, the five AIC TOWERS, AIC FINANCE (53 storey), AIC GOLD (35 storey), AIC EMPIRE (53 storey), AIC GRANDE (52 torey) and AIC CROWNE (32 storey). The Era of commercial malls was also ushered in the 90's. Thus, RSCA was commissioned to engineer the structural design of the four most prestigious malls namely Robinson's Ortigas, Robinson's Ermita, Robinson's Bacolod, and Glorietta, Quad 1 2 and 3 in Makati. The mammoth Robinson's Galleria complex developed by Robinson's Land Corporation in Ortigas was living proof of living ,working and shopping in one complex. The complex composed of one 30 storey office and on 30 storey hotel sitting on a shopping center podium with multiple restaurants, moviehouses, supermarkets, entertainment facilities and parking It is a one of a kind complete complex in Metro Manila Two other complexes were built in Bacolod and in Ermita. Not to be outdone in mall development is Ayala Land who spearheaded the renovation and upgrading of the Quad center mall to swanky retail shops thus resulting to the newest address of trendy and ritzy boutiques in GLORIETTA. The Glorietta mall has become the crowning center piece point of the Ayala commercial district and home to such name brands as Fashion Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, TGI Fridays, Studebaker's and famous local restaurants.
	In 1996, the WORLD TRADE CENTER which is the premiere venue for convention exhibitions and international events also called upon RSCA to initiate a fast track structure to be built in 8 months     Presently, a huge 200 hectare leisure resort complex is rising amongst the once lahar stricken Clark Air Force Base in Pampanga A water theme park with a lake, lazy river rides, tidal wave pools, amphitheater, 500 luxurious villas, golf course, clubhouse, convention center and hotel is being constructed and renovated for the 100th year of the Philippine centennial celebration almost like powering up a city. When finished it will be another first one of a kind project in the Philippines. RSCA was commissioned to manage the project and construction activities imposed of about 6000 workers. The landscaping of the resort shall consist of replanting about 5,000 trees and tropical plants. Through the years, the company has been involved with numerous outstanding projects and has collaborated with various international architects and talented engineers in various disciplines of geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, sanitary and civil engineers. The company has proven itself worthy of world class Engineering services through the many projects and achievements over the past 35 years.
