	The Company R. S. Caparros Associates and Co. (RSCA) is a full service professional engineering firm with a national and international clientele founded in 1972. RSCA has been involved in providing engineering expertise to a multitude of industrial, commercial and residential projects over the years.

	Structural Engineering Qualifications The structural engineering aspect of our operation involves the design of structures in structural steel, reinforced and pre-cast/prestressed concrete, concrete masonry and timber structures.

	Construction Management Qualification Our broad technical and management experience with large scale projects including architectural/ structural (building) and civil engineering projects give us the ability to manage the complexities during construction.
