PALACE OF THE SULTAN OF BRUNEI

One of RSCA's most prestigious projects, this royal development consists of several buildings linked together via tunnels by a central utility core building. The sweeping Main Throne Hall a 2000 - door palace with 2 basement parking levels that can accommodate 300 cars with its soaring roof , 40 ft. post-tensioned cantilever systems, and breathtaking profile, rests on top of a towering mountain, serving as its man-made peak. The interior of this five-storey palace is the epitome of luxury 12 chandeliers costing 2 million dollars each are but an example of the wealth and power of the structures inhabitants. Two golden domes six-storey golden tiled worship centers equipped with elevator systems and other modern amenities are situated nearby. For more leisurely pleasures, a sports complex equipped with the most modern equipment and facilities is but a stone throw away.
