SKY GARDEN
Ongpin St, Cor. T. Pinpin St., Binondo, Manila

This 25-storey residential/office condominium building was designed to be set on a barrette pile foundation to adapt to the existing soil conditions of the Binondo area. This Oriental-style building has a total footprint of about 22,000 square meters. Parking levels on the first five storeys can accommodate up to 96 cars at a time. Owned by Ray Burton Development Corporation, this building has an estimated total cost of PhP 500 million in 1995. Completion is expected in January of 1998.
