Designed by the combined resources of W.V. Coscolluella and
Associates and R.G. Villarosa and Associates, this development is actually a collection of
12 buildings organically arranged within a community setting on 2.5 hectares of land.
Building units are arranged in clusters of three buildings around a central utility core,
where all billings for utilities are forwarded. Building clusters are of different
heights, adapting themselves to the land where they are situated. All clusters are then
arranged around a central clubhouse, equipped with modern sports facilities, function
rooms, and other clubhouse amenities. Owned by the Philippine Realty Corporation, costs
come up to about PhP 100 million per individual building. Total development cost is
estimated at PhP 1 billion in 1979.
