Occupying approximately ten hectares of prime industrial property, this warehouse building features a steel truss system and air-conditioned warehouse / office space in addition to various trucking/storage/handling facilities to accommodate the warehousing requirements of various medicinal products. Due to the nature of the products to be handled, a very important consideration in the design of the structure was an efficient traffic flow and adequate, consistent temperature readings. This warehouse building was engineered towards meeting such specifications. The main building's footprint is about 10,000 square meters, with parking facilities adequate for more than 200 cars. Building costs totalled to about PhP 100 million in 1992. Current uses for the building include renting out its storage/depot facilities to other drug companies in need of perishable storage space.
